Komen Susan G Komen and The Links at Madison Green are teaming up for the cause. Rally golf tournament for the cure will be held at Madison Green, in Royal Palm Beach, on March 28, 2010. The tournament will be 1:30 shotgun in a 2-person team scramble format. Team slots are only $100 and goes towards a great cause. The tournament will include a prize and raffle ceremony with a plated dinner of juicy steak grilled to perfection and accompanied by baked potato, vegetables (call for special diet accommodations). Sunny 104.3 will broadcast live from the Boynton Beach Mall from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 11 and Friday, Feb. 12, 2010. Sunny for Kids has two goals: to raise awareness of children's brain tumors and to raise money for the research that is desperately needed to save children's lives. The increased visibility of the problem of brain tumors in The Acreage community makes research even more relevant. With your help, we can identify the cause of childhood brain tumors and develop a cure for this terrible disease.
